Arrow: 10 Non-Powered Superheroes Who Should Appear
9. Spoiler
Shes not well known outside the comics, but Stephanie Brown is still an important member of the Bat-Family. When she became The Spoiler, she was attempting to stop her father Cluemaster from returning to his life of crime. After capturing her father with the help of Tim Drake (the third Robin) Stephanie decided she liked fighting crime and started going on regular patrols. Developing a relationship with Tim, Stephanie took over the Robin mantle after Tim briefly hung up the cape to lead a normal life. Her time as Robin was cut short after she succumbed to fatal injuries at the hands of Black Mask, but like many comic book deaths, it was revealed that her death had been faked. After returning to Gotham City, Stephanie eventually took on the Batgirl identity and was a prominent member of the Bat-Family until her disappearance at the start of the New 52. Not to worry, though: shes being reintroduced in the weekly series Batman: Eternal. The show could take a similar approach to what they did with Huntress. Like Helena trying to take down her father, Stephanie could be tracking her father Cluemaster as he commits crimes in different cities. Eventually coming to Starling City, one of his plans is stopped by The Arrow. Witnessing this defeat, Stephanie is inspired to create her own vigilante persona and teams up with Arrow to stop Cluemaster. She shouldnt appear as regularly as Black Canary or Huntress might, but I could see her stopping in Starling City several more times to work cases with Oliver. Also, for simplicity, make sure she doesnt have any ties to Batman. Well save those for another character on this list.
