2. What Is Project Genesis?
When the Undertaking was being hyped up in Season 1, it was exciting. We learned new bits about it each week until the bigger picture finally became clear. That is not happening this year, and aside from seeing a few crops, Project Genesis has been a complete mystery, and not in the kind of way that gets viewers excited. Instead, this lack of information has been frustrating, and with Darhk having been around for so long, it’s borderline unforgivable that the best guess at his plan right now is that it features mind controlling corn.
Is Darhk even interested in fulfilling this plan anymore? He’s been excommunicated by HIVE and may have no allegiance to their goals. Or alternatively, he still wants to see this master plan succeed and will fight to ensure that it does for personal reasons.
Considering two episodes from now, we’re getting one titled ‘Genesis’ it seems a safe bet that the answers will be revealed then.
