Of course. That was how Amell responded when asked if hed expect to be playing Green Arrow on the big screen, should a movie version ever come into production. While hes been pretty coy on the subject since, and plans dont seem to be in place, itd be hard for Warner Bros. to look past him if they did decide to make a feature film, although he has stated hes indifferent to the idea. He was also outspoken on the casting of a new Barry Allen for the Flash movie, stating his belief that Grant Gustin, who plays him on TV, shouldve gotten the role, before falling back with the company line about different interpretations of the character etc. The decision to keep the TV and movie strands of DC separate means that we probably wont get Green Arrow in a movie soon, because its difficult to imagine anyone else playing the character, given how key Amell has been in establishing him, and just how popular he is.
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
