Arrow: 5 Reasons Why Felicity Is Not Going To Die

Killing the ninja tech goddess does not compute.

Arrow has had a heck of a Season 4 so far, and midseason finale Dark Waters closed out the first half with a bang. With Felicity shot at least once and bleeding out in Oliver€™s arms next to the ruined remains of their triumphal post-engagement limo, a very happy ending turned into a terribly tragic one. To the tune of Little Drummer Boy, no less. Merry Christmas to you too, Arrow. Felicity€™s fate is looking pretty grim at this point, and fans have been debating what the shooting could mean for her future in the series. The flashforward to the grave in the season premiere has been hanging over the first nine episodes, and there are now so many reasons for bad guys to want to take out Felicity that she€™s at the top of many lists of contenders for the big death. Everything from hints in the scripts to a supervillain outright targeting her have been clues that Felicity was in for something bad. Well, something bad has happened, but this particular something bad certainly doesn€™t mean that Felicity is going to die. In fact, there are plenty of reasons to guarantee why Felicity Smoak is not going to die any time soon, if ever.
