Arrow: 6 Ups And 5 Downs From The Season 4 Premiere 'Green Arrow'

"You don't know who I am, do you? I'm Damien Darhk." 

Even better than Damien Darhk's introduction to us viewers was his introduction to Oliver, and vice versa. Darhk believes that the Arrow is dead, and despite what Oliver tells him he doesn't actually find out who he's dealing with in this scene, however Oliver isn't likely to forget this first meeting anytime soon.

The Emerald Archer does his best, quickly firing off an arrow at his new foe, and that's where things get a little weird and Darhk's true powers come to light. He simply raises a palm, stops the arrow dead in mid-air, and sends it flying back towards Oliver, then repeats the trick a second time. 

Oliver struggles to hold his own in the ensuing fight, before Diggle manages to take Darhk down from behind. Although not for long, for as soon as they turn around he's gone. It really established just how powerful this new character is, how big a threat Oliver is facing, left us wondering just what exactly he is, and wanting to see a whole lot more from him.
