Arrow: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

Introduced as a replacement Black Canary, Dinah Drake's arrival didn't go down all that well with fans, but that didn't stop her from winning many of them over. She was headstrong and stubborn, which made her unafraid to stand up to Oliver when she felt that she had to and, in a short space of time, she found her place on Team Arrow, bringing a whole new level of badassery to it as she did so.

However, in spite of the fact she would continue to be an asset through her affiliation with the SCPD, she has never quite received the full development that she needs - something that led to her becoming lost throughout Seasons 6 and 7, while the forced Team Arrow conflict in the former completely destroyed the majority of fans' interest in her.

A valuable member of Team Arrow, no doubt, but one that simply hasn't gotten the necessary attention to be the big time player she's portrayed as, and thus, she's always felt relatively underdeveloped. That, however, doesn't take anything away from Juliana Harkavy and her impressive acting chops.
