5. Darhk Has A Family Life?
Well, this was unexpected. Darhk has mentioned having a daughter already on the show, in a conversation with Detective Lance, but when he was creeping through that house at the end of this episode I was expecting the worse, and that someone was going to get hurt. Instead we see yet another side of Damien Darhk, to go with the manic villain and the charming public figure: Damien Darhk, family man. He joins a festive scene with a young girl, clearly his daughter, and a woman who is presumably his wife or girlfriend, and it is the picture of domestic bliss. If you just saw this moment, you'd never guess there was anything sinister about the man, let alone he is a magical, super-powerful villain. How much do his family really know? Has he used some sort of magic on them, perhaps? And will they be playing into the larger plot as it progresses?
