Arrow Season 4: 19 WTF Moments From 'Blood Debts'

10. Oracle?

The guys behind Arrow have gone on record to say that at one point in time there was discussions of making Felicity Smoak the Green Arrow€™s version of Oracle, and it looks as if that idea could well be coming into place here. Oracle, of course, is Barbara Gordon€™s post-Batgirl moniker after she€™s paralysed by The Joker and confined to a wheelchair. Babs would then use her technical smarts to aid Batman from behind a computer screen in his war on Gotham City€™s criminal element. With the massively WTF bombshell that Felicity is never going to walk again, could it be that Miss Smoak will be taking up a similar role in aiding the Emerald Archer in his mission to protect Star City? It€™s basically the same job she€™s been doing anyway, just from the restrictions of a wheelchair.
