Arrow Season 4: 19 WTF Moments From 'Blood Debts'

5. Starling Hospital?

Following the supposed death of Ray Palmer at the end of Season 3, this current season opened with Starling City being renamed to Star City in Ray€™s memory. Either way, it just stood as a little puzzling to see the Starling name come back into play.
