2. Bruce Campbell's Co-Stars Are Less Compelling Than He Is - Except For One

Ray Santiago and Jill Marie Jones don't have the most impressive CVs to date, and judging by the trailer they won't have much chance to shine in Ash Vs. Evil Dead either. Most of their lines were undoubtedly straightforward set-ups for Campbell's character to respond to with hilarious one-liners. Hopefully this is just Starz' way of playing on Ash's popularity as a cult figure, electing to focus the trailer on his role but offering more screen time and better lines to the other main characters. Either way, one (very brief) cameo does stand out. Lucy Lawless (remember her?) is co-starring as Ruby Knowby, and she appears in the trailer impaling someone with a pitchfork. "I'm your new best friend", she smirks. Lawless and Campbell have always had great chemistry (think Xena, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, and even Lawless' appearance on Burn Notice), so it's exciting to see them alongside each other once again.
