Better Call Saul: 8 Questions Season 6 MUST Answer

Bill Burr was one of the first famous vocal supporters of Breaking Bad, so much so that Vince Gilligan put him in the show as Patrick Kuby. Kuby and Huell were beloved by the fans of the original show because of their comedy value and chemistry. At this point, we have seen Huell return in Better Call Saul on a couple of occasions, but we haven't seen Kuby at all.

Now, this was supposed to be addressed when Bill Burr admitted that he was due to fly down to New Mexico and film for Better Call Saul, however, a death in his circle put an end to those plans and Kuby remains absent.

So, we do know that it was the intention of Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould to introduce Patrick Kuby to the show and give the audience the chance to show how he met Jimmy McGill. The hope is that in the forthcoming final season we will get a cameo of some sort by Bill Burr and give us an answer to just how Saul Goodman knew Patrick Kuby.

Bill Burr's own huge success in recent years may make it difficult to schedule but it would be a real nod to the fans of both shows, of which Burr is one of the originals.
