BoJack Horseman: 10 Best Supporting Characters
9. Vincent Adultman
Vincent Adultman might just be the epitome of everything a BoJack character embodies. He’s quirkily charming, extremely eccentric - to the point of almost being too moronic for words - and is potentially the only supporting character without a callous, mean streak in him. A contributing factor to this may be down to an important part of his character, in that he’s essentially three children in an overcoat.
The real entertainment comes from the fact that, for whatever reason, only BoJack has the intelligence or lack of ignorance to identify his veraciously simply charade.
This goes on for way longer than it should and somehow it does set up some surprisingly clever episodes and plot points, it also gets credit for being the first relationship to develop before us and with Princess Carolyn, nonetheless. A character deemed intelligent on the surface initially, but it’s hard to consider her intellect imbuing the makings of a mensa after this potentially incriminating debacle.
The only thing that leaves this zany caricature of a little rascals esque sketch is that he simply doesn’t stick around for too long. This may in fact be a good thing as there probably isn’t too much you could do with his character after he’s fulfilled his initial purpose.
