BoJack Horseman: 10 Best Supporting Characters
8. Paige Sinclair
Eccentricity is the name of the game when penning a character that embodies the ethos of this series. The character needs to naturally fit into the mirage of happiness that is Hollywoo. Paige Sinclair fits not only this mould, but she basks in it, making it her own as she slots in more naturally than anyone else on the cast list.
This anthropomorphic pig-lady who exudes every single sentence like the personification (or animalifcation?) of a children’s book, is a character that turns up in the latter part of the shows timeline. She doesn't get disregarded as a contemporarily contentious character who plays no role, especially considering the imprint she leaves is there for all to see, or hopelessly recite.
Finally, after 6 seasons of the main “protagonist” getting away with all the spontaneous, but increasingly heinous, acts. Acts which range from debauchery to basic hypocrisy, has finally met his match in the lady with the twisted tail who is extremely hot on his.
Working in journalism and being very fine at it, she may seem like an easy-going person at first as she reels off limericks and anecdotes. This clever subversion misleads the viewer as we learn she has integrity in abundance, questioning the credibility of the interviewer that gives BoJack something of an omission. Sinclair almost claims that she’s abusing her position and stays strong in revealing BoJack’s adverse nature being her primary mission, finally being the one to derail him completely, inadvertently sending him to an even bigger house after his is sold to pay for damages.
