Breaking Bad: 10 Shows To Cure The Post-Walter White Blues

6. Dexter

Dexter1 If a show about a ethical serial killer isn't a viable replacement to Breaking Bad, then I don't know what is. Dexter was orphaned at a young age after his mother's murder and was eventually adopted by a Miami police officer. The only problem is that Dexter has the urge to kill, and though it started with pets, it was clear that the urge would just get greater. Because of this his adopted father taught him a code of killing, making sure that no-one innocent was killed. The show has eight series and each more of a sensation than the last. The show's star is Michael C. Hall has received much recognition for his superb portrayal of this fascinating character, and as duly received a bucket-load of Best Actor awards. Put simply, Dexter has the plot, actors and suspense to fill the upcoming Breaking Bad size hole in your life.
