Brooklyn Nine-Nine 10 Best Characters Who Appeared After Season One

Although the show boasts an impressive amount of side characters, very few of them feel genuinely close to becoming members of the Nine-Nine squad. But, one who has come the closest thus far has to be Adrian Pimento, the wild, erratic and unpredictable man who spent twelve years of his life undercover.

Pimento first showed up in season three and hit the ground running when it came to making a mark. He messed with Jake, caused a stir and questioned whether he was ready to come back. But, the most crucial narrative for him was his relationship with Rosa.

While Pimento was a lot of fun, his dangerous antics and "crazy" personality would have gotten old quickly were it not for his romantic entanglement with Detective Diaz. Through her, we got to uncover a much more grounded side to him, seeing his insecurities and how he acted in relationships, which made him a little more three-dimensional.

He's a character viewers still love to see, and everyone's hoping this final season will grant him the mental stability he sorely needs.
