7. Geoffrey Hoytsman
When this character first popped up as the boss of Sophia Perez in season two, you might have been thinking, I know that voice, but from where? Well, the hilarious Chris Parnell has lent his iconic vocals to characters like Jerry in Rick & Morty and Cyril in Archer, so getting him onto this show was a real treat.
Geoffrey Hoytsman has only appeared in two episodes ("Defence Rests" and "Sabotage"), but even in those, you still got the full array of character from him. He started as a high ranking defence attorney with a bad habit for gambling and cocaine - which led to Jake arresting him - then transitioned into a wild and crazy kidnapper who took Jake hostage with the intention of killing him.
The wild downfall of this character is tragically hilarious and made all the funnier by Parnell's characterisation. He comes across as pathetic and weak, making him one of the more memorable (and amusing) villains in the whole series.
