Everybody loves Bill Hader. The man is an absolute comedy genius, managing to make anything funny, so seeing him crossover into the Nine-Nine was uproarious. He certainly delivered, as Captain Dozerman (the replacement for Holt after his transfer) was painfully funny and made a huge impression, despite only showing up in one episode.

Season two concluded with Jake and Amy's first kiss and a cliffhanger with the identity of the new captain. Then, kicking off season three was the epic reveal of Bill Hader's Seth Dozerman, whose uptight, efficiency-obsessed and unpredictable attitude hooked you right away.

Dozerman's time in the Nine-Nine felt more like a dictatorship than management, as he introduced Dozer-pads to keep everyone constantly working and ruled with an iron fist, proving himself to be one of the most neurotic characters on TV.

He even ended on a high, suffering a heart attack after seeing Jake and Amy kiss, and dying as a result. This was a perfect way to close the character out and is one of the show's darkest gags so far.
