Brooklyn Nine-Nine: 10 Best Halloween Heist Moments

There are moments throughout this list in which fun, new alliances were formed, or mind-blowing reveals were made, all in the name of becoming the Ultimate Human/Genius. This moment however, instead had to do with the greatest relationship running throughout the series.

The annual heist ultimately became synonymous with ludicrous and downright ridiculous schemes, double crosses, and twists and turns bordering on the absurd, something that Jake used to his advantage in the fifth year of the tradition.

After battling everyone for the championship belt/cummerbund (depending on who you ask), and adapting to having new challenges like Bill and his NutriBoom offer thrown at him, Jake swapped it out and brought in a new one as the perfect proposal to Amy Santiago.

This moment was utterly heartwarming. Ultimately, no one but Holt cared who won the heist that year, as everybody won. You're forced to suspend your disbelief when watching these heists the majority of the time, but this was one of the most real and emotional moments in all eight years of the entire show.
