Brooklyn Nine-Nine: 10 TV Characters Who Would Make A Great Assistant To Captain Holt
9. Kenneth Parcell
During the course of 30 Rock, fans got to know the group of lunatics working on the fictional NBC series TGS. The antics of the cast, crew and executives involved in the series were pure insanity on a number of occasions. But there was one member of the team who was truly unsettling.
That man's name was Kenneth Parcell. Born in Stone Mountain, Georgia, Kenneth dreamed of working in television. He achieved that dream when he joined the NBC Page Program. Doing menial tasks for celebrities wasn't exactly making TV but it was, at the very lease, TV adjacent.
It was heavily implied throughout the series that Kenneth might have been immortal, which would actually explain a lot about him. Jack Donaghy once said that Kenneth would either be in charge of the network or everyone would end up dead by his hands. Thankfully, Kenneth was in charge of the network by the end of the series.
But network heads come and go. There's no way that position lasted, and Kenneth would end up looking for a new job. He could do a lot worse than working for Captain Holt.
