Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Every Major Relationship Ranked Worst To Best

11. Faith & Principal Wood

And since we're on the top of forced, undeveloped relationships, next up we have former rogue Slayer Faith Lehane and high school principal/demon hunter Robin Wood.

Brought together in the show's final season, Faith and Wood found solace in each other's company before they faced the First Evil, and by the time the finale rolled around it looked as though their brief time together was meant to develop into a genuine relationship.

There is a lot that makes them a great couple, particularly their shared traumas over the hardships of being a Slayer (Wood's mother, Nikki, was a Slayer killed by Spike in the 70s), and Faith's growth from antagonist to hero, but there just wasn't enough time given to audiences to take to whatever relationship they were building toward.

An interesting couple, but not a well developed or memorable one, unfortunately.

I get to write about what I love, so that's pretty cool. Every great film should seem new every time you see it. Be excellent to each other.
