Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Ranking The Main Characters From Weakest To Strongest

Folk tend not to like Dawn Summers (Michelle Trachtenberg) all that much, but a lot of that hate is actually fairly unjustified. Sure, she's a little shrill and obnoxious, but she's also a teenager who has no parents, was created out of nothing to open a demon hell dimension, and has a sister who's a Slayer, constantly getting herself and her friends into trouble.

Despite her terrible origins, Dawn is actually a strong fighter. Though she has no powers like her sister or many others on this list, her extensive time watching Buffy and the others in action eventually sees her become a great hand-to-hand fighter. She might not be great against bigger threats like Glory and some of the stronger vampires she comes across, but there can be no doubt she knows how to handle herself.

She fights in the final battle against the First Evil, takes on waves of enemies whilst Xander works to stop Dark Willow, and fights off ghostly figures holding her mother (Kristine Sutherland) hostage. Dawn really is quite awesome, and by the show's end she's certainly become a strong supernatural warrior in her own right.
