Casting HBO's Justice League Dark

Zatanna may end up being the most important character in HBO's Justice League Dark. She is the one most likely to form the League, seeing as she is one of the few characters who is definitely a hero, and is the character with the biggest ties to the original team.

Because of these features, someone who would be able to play a Zatanna in more of a mentor capacity while still maintaining her badassery would be necessary. Eva Green fits that bill.

For years, the actor has been touted as the one to play The Witcher's Yennefer - for the confidence and gravity she brings to her roles, as well as due her looks, of course. That role is now obviously out of her hands, but if she were to bring these qualities to Zatanna then fans of the DC hero would be given a wonderful on-screen interpretation.
