Castlevania Season 3: 11 Reasons You Should Watch
6. Isaac
The character of Isaac gets to have his own list entry (as a treat), because of how massive his role has become - a hero and protagonist in his own right. It's unsurprising to hear that Isaac dominated the hearts of fans this season, with the deep and ever-compelling voice of Adetokumboh M'Cormack behind the mic.
His excellent dialogue, skill as a warrior and forgemaster, iron will, and surprising yet delightful character development all make for one of the best parts of Season 3, and seeing where his story goes would be a boon for many viewers.
With how things ended for Isaac in season 2, we were ready for a bloodthirsty warlord carving paths of death across the land and an epic showdown with equally bloodthirsty Carmilla. And while Isaac did indeed put in work in the interest of human genocide, he's proven to have values and standards and an unusual hopefulness, even eagerness, to believe in the good of humanity, every time he meets someone kind to him.
That nuance, and a whole lot of style in both his dialogue and massively entertaining fights, are enough to push him up the ladder of best Castlevania characters.
