9. Ambrose Spellman
Being the ever-knowing warlock with a knack for helping the Spellmans out of any spot of trouble they might find themselves in, Ambrose was once again a pivotal part of the show in its third installment as he helped Sabrina navigate her way through her new hellish problems. Furthermore, he also played a large part in Prudence's quest to track down Blackwood - something he had his own personal reasons for doing.
However, much like what happened with Roz, Ambrose suffered from a lack of personal connection to the narratives he partook in. Sure, he was helping his family, his girlfriend and his coven, but very little of what we saw in Part 3 had much to do with Ambrose's character development - especially because his relationship with Prudence wasn't explored outside of the realm of kinky times after successes.
After the character development he underwent last season (through his fight to be freed from imprisonment and his blossoming relationship with Luke), fans would be forgiven for wanting a little bit more from his arc this season.
