Community: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best
2. Britta Perry
Britta is the worst! Except, she's really not. The thing that's so great about this character is that she gave you the best of both worlds. On one side of the coin was her initial presentation as the cool and outspoken activist of the group. But, eventually, she devolved into a goofy and always embarrassing friend, and both of these sides of her were great.
Initially, Britta seemed destined to play the typical romantic interest foil for the main character. We'd seen it all before, as she'd be standoffish at first but would eventually succumb to the genre's clichés. But, this isn't what happened with her, as she went against the typical leading woman type and forged her own path full of goofy pizza dances and "Britta'ing" everything.
Seeing the rest of the study group constantly railing on her for her awkward quirks and lack of impulse control was always a treat, and she had some of the best development in the show. Just like a real friend, you felt like you were really getting to know her and her eccentricities as the series progressed.
She ended up being one of the funniest characters in the show, thanks to the excellent comedy work from Gillian Jacobs and her great development.
