Community: Ranking Every Halloween Episode Worst To Best

By Season 3, Community was well into the swing of things and had cemented itself as one of the smartest, funniest shows on TV at the time. Yet strangely, their Halloween offering fell a little flat. It didn't help coming straight after Remedial Chaos Theory, but as far as Halloween specials go, it's not their best.

Britta somehow manages to convince the group to take personality exams for her psych class, but when one of the tests come back showing homicidal tendencies, the shrink turns detective to figure out who's test it was. To do this, she tries to come up with a terrifying tale in order to gauge everyone's reactions, but when she unsurprisingly Britta's the scare factor, everyone else takes turns trying to one up her.

Each story kind of sucks in its own way, as the character's personalities spill over into their story. Abed's is too realistic to be interesting, Shirley's is drenched in religion, Pierce's is an overindulgent mess and none of them are particularly scary. Yet, the episode offers a great twist right at the end when we find that Britta did what she does best and messed up the tests, revealing Abed to be the only sane one among them.
