Crisis On Infinite Earths: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best

4. Kara Danvers/Supergirl

Crisis On Infinite Earths
The CW

The Paragon of Hope, Supergirl spent much of the Crisis grieving the loss of her mother on Argo City and her whole world on Earth-38, but it was that character journey that allowed her to realize that she was worthy of such a title. Continuing to inspire people in the darkest of times (and believe us when we say there were some dark times) Crisis made use of the character's best human qualities as she became that beacon of light everyone so desperately needed.

In addition, she remained one of the multiverse's best shots of survival as, being a Kryptonian warrior and Earth-38's champion, she had no problem putting it all on the line to battle the evil of the Anti-Monitor - and she almost did, as a harrowing slow-motion moment made it seem like she was destined to follow in her comic book counterpart's footsteps by becoming one of the Crisis' many victims.

Thankfully that didn't happen and the Girl of Steel instead delivered the final blow that ultimately destroyed the Big Bad and saved the multiverse - and, in all honesty, there couldn't have been any better choice of hero to do it.
