Crisis On Infinite Earths: Every Character Ranked Worst To Best
2. Barry Allen/The Flash
Barry Allen's journey in the Arrowverse has been synonymous with the word 'Crisis' since the very beginning. Fated to die (or at the very least 'vanish') in the catastrophic event, The Flash has been running both away from and towards it since he first put on that iconic red mask. And, after five years of heroics, it was finally time to face the music in the crossover.
Much like The Flash's sixth season, there was that ever-present fear that Barry might end up perishing in the Crisis, as he attempted to help his fellow heroes save the multiverse, but after Earth-90 Flash's sacrifice, that never happened. Instead, this gifted him with the chance to become a leader of sorts for the Paragons as he and Sara stepped up after Oliver's demise and vowed to carry on his legacy.
Given the prominence that the Crisis had in Barry's life, it would have been nice if he featured a little more regularly (he was only really prominent in the last three offerings), but that doesn't take away from how crucial he was to the story and how we never stopped rooting for him. And, on that note, Grant Gustin was (as always) phenomenal.
