If Daredevil suffered on account of his movie, then that goes doubly so for Elektra. Played by Jennifer Garner in both the Daredevil movie and then her own spin-off, it was a lesson in how not to do a superhero movie, although more blame can be attributed to the writing than Garner's performance. Now, though, they have a chance to really do justice to Elektra Natchios. The deadly assassin-for-hire, and former (or current) love interest of Matt Murdock looks a great fit for this season, with Elodie Yung inhibiting the character. From what we've seen she's more than capable in the fighting department, will add an extra dimension to Matt's personal life and backstory, and add a dose of humour as well.
