DC Vs Marvel: Who Is Winning The Superhero TV War?

1. DC Or Marvel ?

So who comes out on top? Pre-Arrow and Daredevil, DC would have been the clear frontrunner with a number of successful TV adaptations going back to the 1950s. Only The Incredible Hulk had any big star power. Perhaps the trick with Marvel was their focus on animated superheroes; in that arena they certainly excelled. 2015 has certainly seen a turning point for Marvel, and with Daredevil and Agent Carter that is only going to grow and add another layer to the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe. But DC - and The CW network in particular - is still showing how it is done with Arrow, The Flash, Legends Of Tomorrow and Supergirl dominating superhero television. While it maybe isn't as clear cut as it used to be, DC probably still have the edge, if only because the Marvel Netflix shows are still getting going. It might be a different world on the big screen, unless Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice is a critical success, but the joy of modern superhero adaptations is that you can pick whatever suits you best. And the good thing now is that there is as much on television as there is on film. Great if you love comics and superheroes, not so much if you're finding yourself oversaturated with them. What do you think? Is DC still the clear winner? Or have shows like Daredevil tipped the balance? Please let us know in the comments below...
