When John Constantine arrived on Legends of Tomorrow, it was only a matter of time before the writers began delving into some of the rich backstory that the short-lived NBC series never got the chance to fully explore. Well, after months of teasing us, they finally made it happen as they officially brought Astra Logue into the mix.

As the image of the damned little girl had haunted Constantine for years, he was overjoyed to finally get the chance to save her from Hell in last week's installment - so it's safe to say that he was surprised to see that she was no longer that scared little girl and had, in fact, become a powerful grown woman who was thriving in her fiery surroundings.

Though she did initially torture the Master of the Dark Arts, she agreed to work with him in the finale to obtain the souls of some of the world's deadliest serial killers. However, the episode's final scene turned things on its head entirely, as she entered the soul exchange and made a withdrawal of sorts.

Throwing the coins, or more accurately souls, of various historical serial killers into a bowl, she claimed that all of them deserve a "second act". With that, a fog of ghostly faces rose into the air.

Whether or not Astra has a part to play in Season 5 remains to be seen but, by the looks of things, these resurrected killers will be causing a lot of trouble for the timeline next year and could very well end up playing a similar role to the time aberrations of Season 2. Of course, historical figures or not, the Legends won't have any problems returning these killers back to where they came from.
