Dexter: 10 Most Hated Episodes Of All Time

Hannah McKay was a serial killer that Dexter set out to murder but ended up shagging instead.

Although it went against his code (which he hardly followed at this point, anyway), good ole Dex couldn't resist the temptation of hooking up with another bloodthirsty maniac like himself, allowing her to go on with her devious pursuit until it reached his sister.

When Deb's new boyfriend Sal Price fell victim to Mckay, she begged Dexter to take her out. Unfortunately, her serial killer sibling wasn't able to do the job because he'd slept with her. The revelation drove Deb into a jealous fit, in which she often cried and crackled within the same breath. She ultimately slipped, admitting she was in love with her adopted brother.

Again, the show's creators were inching as close to an incestual storyline as possible. Also again, the twist was only there to give Deb conflicted feelings for her Dex, ones that prevented her from bringing his serial killer ways to an end.

Fittingly, Deb ended with, "I mean, it’s one thing to be in love with your brother, but it’s a whole other level to be in love with your brother who’s a g**damn serial killer. You’re a serial killer, and I’m more f*cked up than you are.”

Don't despair, poor Debra. This episode was even more f*cked up than you were, and seemingly, for no other reason than plot convenience.
