4. I Chose You
In The Doctors Wife the TARDIS CLEARLY says I chose you yet in The Name of the Doctor we see Clara telling the Doctor he is stealing the wrong TARDIS. Now, this may have looked cool at the start of the episode and was a wonderful little treat for the fans but it did kind of piss on Neil Gaimans chips. The line of I chose you was beautiful and made it a love story between a man and his car. But the revelation of Clara telling the Doctor he was choosing the wrong TARDIS leaves some questions. She was never there in the original time-line so by her going back and making the Doctor choose a different TARDIS that screws up every story since An Unearthly Child.
