5. Clara Chooses Danny and Leaves The Doctor For Good

By the end of Kill The Moon, we all assumed this was exactly where her relationship with the Doctor was going; nowhere. His ruthlessness and refusal to help the Earth in a momentous decision pushed her too far and she left the TARDIS angry, ready to leave her adventures on the TARDIS behind forever. But their final hurrah on the Orient Express woke up the sense of adventure in her once more and she found herself lying to Danny and staying with the Doctor rather than making that final goodbye. Clara is certainly in murky territory now, lying to Danny and the Doctor and ignoring Danny's calls. The Doctor has already discovered his companion's lie before it has even begun. Now she is going to have to deal with her boyfriend. If travelling on the TARDIS in an addiction, then maybe Danny will help her see sense, helping her through her 'withdrawal'? Given where Clara has gone in the last two weeks, she can't go back to where she was before. If she chooses her love for Danny, she might have to give up her love for the TARDIS altogether.
