Doctor Who: 10 Amazing TV Show Crossovers Fans Want To See
8. House
Another entry chalked up to the hilarity of the interaction between the lead characters. Picture the scene - House is greeted by Cuddy - or Foreman depending on the series in which The Doctor appears - who tells him of a curious case surrounding a patient with two heart beats. Swept up by the idea of two hearts, House would be inclined to visit this patient and view the phenomenon for himself. He limps down the hall way and slides open the door.
“My name is Doctor House.”
“Oh, you’re a Doctor too? My name is John Smith – I’m a caretaker from London”.
The rest, as they say, would be history. What follows would be an increasingly infuriated House preaching that The Doctor is insane because he won’t allow himself to be given any medical attention. The Doctor would fire back that he needs no medical attention because if he dies, he’ll come back to life with a new face. House would then rant about how reincarnation is just a story invented to make children be good and The Doctor would smile before asking where they’ve put his TARDIS.
Of course, the whole idea is so ridiculous it could well be TV gold. House, so infatuated with puzzles, trying to solve the the one puzzle that he could never solve. In the end, it would likely transpire that Cuddy is actually a Zygon and The Doctor would force her to leave the planet forever. House would be both heartbroken and left depressed that he never had the chance to find out where the second heart beat come from.
