1. Don't Blink (Blink)

"Don't blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink. Good luck."

"Don't blink". "Wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff". "The Angels have the phone box". So many quotable lines and they all come from this speech, which is most of the Tenth Doctor's limited screentime in the award-winning Blink. That should make the moment extremely memorable in its own right, but that isn't all it has going for it.

It's also a key part of one of the best episodes the new series has produced - scratch that, it's a key part of one of the best episodes the show has ever produced. It introduces iconic villains in the Weeping Angels - who have already become a huge part of Who's impact on pop culture - as the Doctor's warnings about their abilities seem to make them even more threatening.

But once again, it's a fantastic performance from Tennant. Even though viewers were used to his Doctor by the time Bink rolled around, he manages to be completely believable as this mystery man who appears on a TV screen to help Sally Sparrow. He displays a wide range of characteristics, from foreboding to clever to distant, and that versatility shown helps cement this as the Tenth Doctor's best moment.
