1. Beethoven
A character that the Doctor has - supposedly - met before. But what if fans were to see them together, fighting horrible menaces and playing the piano? Someone call Steven Moffat... or Mark Gatiss, since he's popular with the historical episodes of Doctor Who. The influence from Beethoven to the Doctor would be to have confidence and self respect for what he does and to keep at it.
