Doctor Who: 10 Potential Ways The Eleventh Doctor Could 'Die'

7. Shadow Proclamation

Shadowproclamation I read another article on What Culture that the writer thought that the Shadow Proclamation should come back and be a part of the show, since no one really knows what it is. I completely agree and think that if they were to bring the Shadow Proclamation back into the show, why can't they be the reason for his regeneration? We don€™t know what going into his time stream did, all we know was that it was wrong. It broke laws. We know that the people of the Shadow Proclamation aren€™t Time Lords so they aren€™t locked away. With this in mind, they could easily come to the Doctor. He could say with a grave face €œI€™ve been expecting you,€ and they explain a lot of nonsense that the viewers won€™t understand (to allow the need for the Shadow Proclamation to come back). At the end of it, they would tell him that he has to regenerate. This would open the door for my fellow What Culture writer€™s idea of the Shadow Proclamation being a part of Twelve€™s story line, as well as give us a glimpse back at RTD€™s Who Universe without it being completely out of the blue. The Shadow Proclamation was alluded to a lot in the first few seasons of New Who, even though it hasn€™t been mentioned since Moffat took over, that doesn€™t mean they€™re not still around. There has to be some kind of repercussion for that. I'm giving this one a SLIGHT chance of something similar happening. Whatever happens in fiftieth will need to be fixed by someone.

I'm currently attending my local college while trying to figure out who I am. I love Doctor Who, Sherlock, really any BBC show. I've also been told I'm a bit of a nerd. Specifically, a theatre nerd.
