5. Emotional Scenes
Although this could come under acting, I thought that the impact of the emotional scenes make them another reason why season has been great. The first being Amy and Rory discussing their relationship breakdown, a powerful piece. Then the Doctor and Amy talking about the distance in his visits with the almost foreshadowing line 'Or there until the end of us'. Even the small statement 'I miss you' pulled at your heart strings. Most of all though, the Ponds departure, the Doctor, begging Amy not to go and the almost breakdown he had, when she does, as I said earlier....... It brought a tear. All the scenes really added a lovely feel to each episode, you can easily believe that they really care for each other deeply.
