Doctor Who: 10 Reasons Shona McCullough Should Be A New Companion
10. She's Got The Moves
...like Jagger? No, these moves deserve to have their very own title and as such they shall hereby be known as 'The Shona Shake', or just 'The Shona' for short. While an apt for dancing isn't an essential virtue for a Doctor Who companion to possess, it certainly can't do more bad than good to have one. The Ninth Doctor also had the moves and you only have to take one look at Peter Capaldi's incarnation of the Time Lord to know he's partial to a boogie. Shona would be the perfect match, then, to help him while away the hours during those lonely nights in the TARDIS. Well, that is if her performance in Last Christmas is anything to go by. She had only been on our screens for a matter of minutes before she started rocking it out and the fact she was being watched by her fellow Arctic expeditioners didn't seem to put her off, either, so she's definitely not one to shy away from the spotlight. It'd be interesting to see how happy the Doctor would be to share it with her plus there's never been a companion who spontanteously dances for no apparent reason. Perhaps she'd fend off the Daleks by throwing some serious shapes in their direction.
