Doctor Who: 10 Theories For John Hurt's Doctor

1. He Is The Master

Stick with me here. The Doctor reaches the end of his regenerations and his darker side is released and forms the Valeyard. After being thwarted by the Doctor, the Valeyard discovers a way to keep regenerating that also further drives him mad. His crazy-wazy timey-wimey evilness multiplies and (dum dum dum bum)... The Master is born. He then goes throughout time and space in an attempt to destroy himself regeneration after regeneration in some mad sort of noble attempt to keep himself from becoming the master. Hey, it makes sense if you are a conflicted evil Master type-guy. Likelihood? Don't make your hero the villain. This would probably end the show. It might be unexpected... but no. I don't see how this would really work, unless the multi-verses were rebooted again or something. Let's not reboot the universe again. Whatever the truth is, we are certainly in for a wild ride over the last half of the year! The greatest thing about Doctor Who is that is can constantly stay fresh and can literally reinvent itself time and time again. This 50th anniversary show looks like it will do just that. Don't like my theories? Think I'm stupid? What are yours? Comment below!
