4. "Time Lords"

The Two Doctors broke two things, the Sontarans and continuity. At the end of the War Games, Jamie€™s mind is wiped when he discovers the Time Lords, then the Doctor is immediately sent into exile and regenerates presumably immediately, which means there€™s no space for an adventure when Jamie knows of the Time Lords. However, this leads to the most widely accepted fan theory known as Season 6B, in which the Second Doctor does dirty work missions for the Time Lords before regenerating, presumably to gain enough favour to be turned into Jon Pertwee. Showing this would be a great way to make the Time Lords interesting again after they were turned into a spitting Timothy Dalton in The End of Time. In fact, the book is already written and it's World Game by Terrance Dicks. No excuses.
