Doctor Who: 10 Worst Episodes Of NuWho (So Far)

3. Love & Monsters (Series 2)

This is the episode that Doctor Who fans generally don't talk about. It barely even features the Doctor and Rose in it at all and the monster simply isn't scary. It doesn't help that it just so happens to be portrayed by the very well-known comedian Peter Kay. It lacked the presence and quality that fans have come to expect from a Doctor Who episode and and there must have been a creative block somewhere behind the sciences in order for them to have produced this monstrosity. What could have been down to completely make this episode more appealing to the Who audience? Well, have the Doctor actually be in it, for starters - not too much, but enough to know you're still watching Doctor Who. Also, the villainous threat could have been much more... well, threatening, to say the very least.
