Speaking of that duck pond, Arthur Darvill apparently had a "napping problem" while filming the episode, and would often fall asleep right next to it.

The actor revealed that a combination of excitement and nervousness continually got the better of him during the shoot (understandable, considering that he was about to become one of the faces of a massive TV show), and this made him very tired.

Responding to his tweet, Gillan appeared shocked that he managed to fall asleep on what she stated was his first day of filming. Darvill may have been nervous, but he must also have been quite relaxed to be able to doze off so easily.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
