1. Emma Watson
Watson is the youngest actress to make the list. In her relatively short time as an actress, Emma Watson has proven that she has some pretty amazing acting chops. Shes young enough to enjoy a longer tenure as the Doctor, and her taking up the Doctors mantle would draw plenty of Harry Potter fans into the fold. Watson as the Doctor could bring back some of the doe-eyed naivety of the Tenth and early eleventh regenerations, and she could definitely make for a more lighthearted tone for the series. At the same time, whether on film or in real life, Watson comes across as mature beyond her years, a quality the Doctor definitely exudes. At this point in time, weve yet to see the Doctor portrayed as a woman. But whether or not that will change remains to be seen. We know of at least one Time Lord, the Corsair, who did switch genders between regenerations, so it could very well be a possibility for the Doctor.
