3. "The Time MACHINE" (2012 - Present)
A much more 'back-to-basics' feel with this Interior. No particular in-show reason for change this time around, except maybe the show's 50th Year (that or they must've had some spare budget money left over). Personally, I am a huge fan of this version. Its 360 degree, all encompassing feel really makes you feel like you're on board an alien ship. It was even recently added to Google Maps as an easter egg, allowing you to explore the entirety of the multi-levelled console room. Again, much like it's predecessor, it was explored heavily on-screen (see: "Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS") so you can certainly appreciate its 'Bigger on the Inside'-ness. The look and feel is heavily inspired by the console rooms of long ago, and for that reason it comes in at number three on our list.
