2. "Acceptable In The 80's" (1983 - 1989)
The 20th Anniversary of Doctor Who reunited the first five Doctors (sort of) and with it came this brand new, state of the art TARDIS interior! (Oooooh!) Featuring monitors, dials, buttons and levers galore, this TARDIS was one that was made for - and is very much a product of - the 80s. Used by Doctors Five through Seven, this Interior is classic in a lot of eyes. I mean, look at the sheer amount of keys on the keypad! Need I say more? All silliness aside, this is a fantastic console room, let down only by the production team's unwillingness to step out of their comfort zone. Arguably this console has been updated for the 2012 console room, so it's a winner in my eyes. The fact that the newly-regenerated Sixth Doctor tried to strangle Peri to death beneath this console means that it comes in at number 4 on our list. Last but by no means least...
