46. Doctor Who - The Movie (Eighth Doctor)
Sometimes called The Enemy Within, this was a TV movie co-produced by the BBC and FOX in 1996, seven years after the end of the original series. Originally intended as the pilot for a new series, it began with the regeneration from the seventh to the eighth Doctor. It also stars Eric Roberts as The Master, who plans to use the Eye of Harmony in the TARDIS to give himself further regenerations (stealing them from the Doctor himself). This is another example of half the fanbase hating it, the other half loving it, so once again it's on the list, but placed low.
45. The Ark In Space (Fourth Doctor)
The fourth Doctor's first outing into space, and what a doozy it was! The Doctor and his two companions Harry Sullivan and Sarah Jane Smith (whom we'll be seeing a lot of in this article) land on a seemingly abandoned space station, eventually discovering it's actually an ark filled with humans in hibernation. Unfortunately, it's become infested with space bugs, called Wirrn (or Wirrrn in the novelisation). They've destroyed many of the controls in the ship, and as a result the crew have overslept by many millennia. To make matters worse, one of the crew gets infected, and begins transforming into one of the bugs himself.
