Never one to miss out on a party, Newsround joined in with the April Fool's Day festivities back in 2010 when they exclusively revealed the Doctor's name as... Doctor Hugh. Yep. Not that anybody was ever going to fall for that one, of course, but they did affirm: "A big clue to our story being a fake was calling the Doctor Hugh Who, when most fans of the show know he's known simply as The Doctor - NOT Doctor Who."
