5. Cyber-Brig

Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart is one of Doctor Who's longest lasting characters. At various times, he met all of the classic Doctors and also made a guest appearance on The Sarah Jane Adventures before the sad death of Nicholas Courtney retired the character. Or so everyone thought, anyway. In Death in Heaven, the Brig returned reborn - as Cyber-Brig! - just in time to save the Doctor's soul by killing Missy for him (great job on that one, Brig!). It is now assumed that he blasted into the sky and destroyed himself like all the other Cybermen... but what if he didn't? It doesn't seem in keeping with the Brig's character - a man who wouldn't even let death and conversion into a Cyberman stop him - to leave Earth undefended. As weird as the following sentence sounds, it makes sense to bring back this undead Iron Man the next time the planet is in peril.
